|BOARD OF MANAGERS - DUTIES|
It is the duty of the Board to provide for the management, administration, operation of the Association. These duties include:
Maintenance, repair, and replacements of common areas
Procuring utilities, removal of trash and removal of snow
Landscaping, painting, decorating and furnishing the common areas
Assessment and collection of common expenses
Preparation of the annual budget
Preparing and delivering detailed records of receipts and expenditures

The Board of Managers is responsible for awarding Contracts for ongoing maintenance and repairs.
